how can you not love a friendship bracelet? it reminds us of our favorite childhood craft, summer camp, your best girl friends, and our sweet commitments to "never take it off." the colorful woven creations are something we can all remember loving.
now, in 2010, friendship bracelets are getting a modern update. designers are adding rhinestones, beads, and extra bling to modernize the old classic. i love the ones from frieda + nellie. they're a bit pricey, but you could attempt to duplicate if you felt inspired. the duo has also teamed up with j.crew to create a line exclusivley for the store. hopefully coming out soon!
